Obama supporters should stop saying that Obama's birth certificate is legit now that law enforcement has determined it to be a criminal fake, because by defending it as experts they are putting themselves into the chain of evidence, and could find themselves being arrested for willfully perpetuating a felony fraud for political purposes. No joke. Check the law. I understand prison is a pretty unpleasant place.
I'll keep this comparatively short, but carry the thought around and express it whenever possible: you know that after 6 months and 2,200 man-hours with a large team of investigators of law enforcement people and lawyers, Sheriff Joe Arpaio - a man with 30 years federal law enforcement experience before downgrading his activities for simple personal reasons by becoming a sheriff - held a press conference in which he stated "probable cause' that forgery was committed. It is beginning to appear that many people don't know what this means. "Probable cause" does not mean "maybe" as suggested by the word "probable" - look it up. It means an alleged crime has been determined to have been definitely committed.
If you listen to Arpaio's full press conference, while he says he is unsure of where to take the larger issue, that isn't the end of this. Arpaio categorically says that the birth certificate is fake, a crime of forgery and fraud has been committed and they are now tracking down the forger so as to arrest that person, and since the 4 million people of his district have been defrauded, he has the authority to do it, too. Arpaio has 30 years federal experience with hundreds of lawyers as part of his volunteer resource, he knows what he's doing. He can do it - he can arrest the forger. He has the authority . And he says they have identified the computer on which the document was uploaded, so they intend to start with that person and work backward until they find the forger.
That isn't what you are hearing from the media. Please take a moment here and there to correct them:
ARPAIO IS GOING TO ARREST OBAMA'S FORGER. And he'll do it, too; he has the experience, the team, the knowledge and the authority. That's huge. Maybe the biggest this country has ever seen. And it's real and true and happening as you read this.
When the Obots online try to mock this down, remind them that public opinion does not matter and will not influence this situation, anymore, so their mockery is just wasting their own time: ARPAIO IS GOING TO ARREST OBAMA'S FORGER.
It looks like we have our work cut out for us asap.
ReplyDeleteIf we don;t start thinking and operating outside of the box we're going to lose the whole thing. If our tiny group feels as thought it has made headway in the next week or so, perhaps it's a feeling and an idea that will soon catch on. At worst, we are political deal punches in areas mostly untouched and reach many people who would otherwise simply be following the holy word of the mainstream media. we can make a difference, but it won't be easy. The question everyone should ask is, "How much do I care?" In the next week or less, people watching this site should roll up their sleeves. We're going to start really working out.

With Newt being f0orzen out by the media. please define how much, exactly, is too much. We're either pushing Newt and fighting Santorum or we aren't. That's what I did but that is no longer an option for me or I would continue. There are a couple of hundred thousand people who have liked Newt's board who have not seen that video, and every third or forth day someone writes that it;s the best video they have seen. Even if it was only "pretty good" everyone should see it for inspiration and to show it to others. Time is running out. I ask everyone to link to the newt debate video and the santorum bashing protestants video on Newt's wall three times a day. make it pro-newt/anti-santorum video distribution central. There's no such thing as too much; my own channel continues to get a couple of hundred hits a day - I'm certain those are not all people coming back for a second helping. turn on the juice: keep advertising over and over. that's the key to success.
On the board shout-out, it sounds as if people want to see how things are going to work about before attaching their name to this board. Catch 22: additional people may change how those "critics" feel about the board in the first place. If they are going to do a shout-out, do it now.
We're either in this now or we aren't. There is no such thing as being too active and time is running out - we'll be in Florida before we know it. We need to jump in now and leave any caution - aka timidity - to the pancake fundraiser breakfast types: our side is already neck-deep in those guys - that's why the left is killing us. Don't "wait to see how things go". Just do it, because success is often a self-fulfilling prophecy. Unfortunately, so is caution; it leads to more caution, and that's why we get beaten - because while we're being cautious they're being active - and successful.
Get the lead out.

DeleteBring them to the birther thread at the top of the posts or the one directly beneath it about getting things done. Both will test the mettle of the people coming. We need fighters, not just warm bodies. if 100 people come here and only 1 signs up but that 1 is a reliable fighter, that's what we want. 100 people chattering endless is our problem everywhere else, and wastes valuable time. Point people to to those threads. It is entirely possible few will sign up. In fact, I expect it. But it save the very time-consuming step of vetting and culling the fighters from the chatters.

DeleteThat birth certificate is SO fake it's simply an absolute insult. Media timidity on the right is nothing less than infuriating. Pardon my very unpleasant phraseology, but the degree to which our side is lacking balls is simply unbelievable. It isn't as though the experts are split and it *might* be a genuine scan of a paper document - it is so clearly a digital forgery that even liberals on photoshop message boards were laughing at what a fake it is. And our side is afraid of the mockery. *Infuriating*. No one believes it. The only support it gets is from trolls on political message boards and even they simply try to mock the issue generally. For all the strident "founding fathers" and "revolutionary war" talk the reality is that our side has been kowtowed into a collective of quivering, media-controlled cowards, save for the tea party - the only guts the right wing has. It makes me sick, really.
Get the word out: the Goddamn thing is a fake. Not maybe. 100% guaranteed; scans of paper documents do not automatically create layers and then deposit program command logs of layer actions such as scale, rotate and paste into the layers. It's such a ham-handed, obvious fake that the media mockery is positively infuriating.
Additional: If I contracted or sub-contracted a graphics person to create a graphic of a 50-year-old birth certificate needed for an ad or something for a client and they showed up with that, I wouldn't even pay them the balance of their fee. It's THAT bad. Not only is it incomplete so the layers still display the program command logs generated during its creation, it doesn't even match up to the aging of every single 50-year-old document you will ever see, including old magazines of the period, let alone smudgy old carbon copied document: it looks brand new while the type looks old, but ridiculously clean. It's pathetic, and so is our side for being afraid to raise the issue. F - A - K - E. Thank God Arpaio is on it. One law enforcement official has the guts to see it through. At last. Unbelievable that it took this long. If we don't get some guts we're finished.

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure why you are sending them to that thread. I'd advise against it because it's old news. Are you afraid that they will be off-put by the birther aspect of this thread or my hard-nosed attitude in the thread beneath this? if so, dismiss those concerns; there is no point - and no time - to gently bringing people in. They either get it and agree with the ideas and attitudes, or they don't. We'll waste between now and Florida gently massaging people to think as we do. that's the larger societal objective. the people who come to this board and sign on need to understand these things as we do straight off. No "on the job training" when it comes to understanding what all this is about. If not a single additional person signs on, so be it; I know my time would be better spent doing almost anything but debating here with people who want to debate the nuances. We just need to be on the same page here more or less immediately or it won;t fly and if it won;t fly I need to know sooner than later. There are things that can be done that no one else on our side is doing, and we batter start doing them right away if we don;t want to lose again and watch this country lurch further to the left. We can actually be effective at that with a handful of people. So send them here or the thread beneath this one.
The intention here was not to create a chat board - we're up to our necks in chat and chatter. The purpose here is to get things done with impact, starting in earnest tomorrow. That requires rare and special people who are actually willing to put in some effort. There is no purpose to having any others aboard; there are better places for causal chat than this.

Delete"Forgery" is falsely replicating an object.
"Forgery," in and of itself, is not the crime - the forging of certain documents or instruments for specific purposes is the crime.
Identity fraud is a crime if it pertains to an intentional act of an individual. The person using fraudulent identification must know that the identity listed in the document is not his identity.
Barack Obama has never executed a legal, written statement, such as a signed and notarized affidavit, that any document is his genuine, authentic birth certificate.
He can say, 1,000 times, that his birth certificate was copied and posted online, but if he did not witness the act and affirm that the copy of the document was authentic, he cannot be charged with forgery without any provable link between himself and the people responsible for the creation of the forgery.

On the Arpaio investigation I must admit that I have not spent as much time on it as others, however, have read legal arguments that Obama cannot be impeached because he was not eligible to run for POTUS, therefore he can be prosecuted after he leaves office.
On the issue of Santorum: I leave you with his quote I saw/heard yesterday: "Over my dead body will I vote for Obama."
